Ingredients

Britannia Marie Biscuits
20
Thick Cream (I prefer KDD)
1 Cup
Condensed Milk
6 Tablespoons
Vanilla Essence
1/2 Teaspoon
Cocoa Powder for garnish (Optional)

Steps

  1. Powder the biscuits in a food processer until super fine. Powdered biscuits is the reason why it is called 'saw dust' pudding. :)
  2. Whip the cream to soft peaks, add condensed milk and vanilla essence and whip till firm peaks form.
  3. Layer them in individual bowls or in a pudding dish. Sprinkle cocoa powder over the last layer of biscuit. Freeze overnight.
  4. Leave it out for fifteen to twenty minutes before serving.
  5. Enjoy!
