Chicken Satay

Peanut Butter
130 Gram
Coconut Milk
100-150 Millilitre
Chicken Breast sliced into
500 strips Gram
Garlic Clove
Red / Green Chillies (adjust acc to preference)

  1. Blend peanut butter, red/green chillies, garlic, coconut milk with a pinch of salt to a smooth paste.
  2. Marinate chicken pieces in half of the sauce for 30-60 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, soak bamboo skewers in water. This prevents them from burning.
  4. Thread chicken pieces onto skewers.
  5. Heat grill to highest temperature.
  6. Grill until both sides are cooked. About ten minutes each.
  7. Enjoy with rest of the sauce and squeezed lime!
